    Brubeck recorded this in at age 77, but you'd never know that from the lively and fresh music on this disc. Each is a Brubeck composition from the 's, and all of them are good. His quartet of that year might not be quite as strong as the famous bunch in the 50's and 60's, but it would take a fellow musician to detect it/5(6).
